Dennis Jennings
Chairman
Dennis is an iCONX founder and the Chairman of the Board. He is an Internet Pioneer, and a member of the Internet Hall of Fame. In recent years he has focused on investment in early stage technology companies, on assisting entrepreneurs, and on corporate governance. He serves on a range of company boards and board committees. His career background is in computing and computer networking, and he studied Physics and has a PhD in Gamma-ray Astronomy. He is a music and opera enthusiast, and serves on the Board of Governors of the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
Pa Nolan
Non- Executive Director
Pa spent most of his early career in the Financial Services Industry, starting in Allied Irish Bank plc and then joined the Foreign Exchange Company of Ireland in 1981 as one of their first employees. That company became FEXCO, which today is probably one of the largest privately owned financial services companies in Ireland with international operations in Asia, EMEA, the Americas and Australasia. Pa held various roles in the executive management team and was a director for over 25 years.
Brendan Rogan
CEO
Brendan is our founder and CEO with 25 years+ experience in the telco billing sector. His first life was as Head of Billing and Collections across a range of European telcos. During this period, he bought interconnect billing systems – and saw how they could be dramatically improved. His second life was to found iCONX in 2001, as the first true innovator of a “cloud” type delivery model for interconnect billing, liberating carrier-grade solutions to be accessible to all tiers of customer worldwide as telco de-regulation advanced.
Shane O’Keefe
CTO
Shane is the Chief Technical Officer at iCONX Group, where he has been responsible for directing the development of the Wizuda suite of secure data transfer solutions, integrating the latest cutting-edge technologies, to meet GDPR compliance requirements. Previously Shane was Head of Development at iCONX where he managed the development of iCONX’s world class interconnect billing, routing optimisation and managed file transfer software with a primary focus on the Telecoms sector. Shane has over 20 years development experience, and is a recognised expert in the design and architecture of Business support systems utilising Microsoft Technology. His non-telco industry experience prior to joining iCONX included wide ranging roles in the construction and banking sectors.
Mike Tuohy
CISO
iCONX founder Mike brings 25+ years of IT industry experience to our management team. Mike’s primary business goal is to securely and reliably deliver the iCONX ASP hosted solution to our customers worldwide, 24/7/365. An MSc in IT Management from Maynooth University (2012), and ISACA CISM certified (2016), Mike also drives our information governance programmes, which are focused on data protection, information security, business continuity and service delivery. In 2016 the governance programmes delivered ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certification for our entire business, alongside an AICPA SSAE16 Type II Audit Report covering our ASP hosted solution.
